A collection of Jersey Cattle, a project I have wanted to complete for a while now.
 
Jersey Cows are known for their high cream content and rich milk. The cow and the calf in this image are actually my own, with sweet Brownie coming from a very lovely local Jersey Herd and has provided us many litres of rich creamy milk over the years.
